Valid Driver's License Required All renters must present a valid driver's license.

Age Requirement Renters must be 18 years of age or older.

Return on Time Please return the cart by the agreed time to allow for other reservations.

No Off-Road or Beach Driving Please keep carts on designated roads and paths only.

Gas Powered Carts Our carts are gas powered — please re-fuel before returning. Gas station is located in the resort.

Renter Information

Rental Details

Rules of Use

  • Driver must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license or passport
  • No driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Only the renter and named drivers may operate the cart
  • Cart may only be used on public roads — no off-road or beach driving
  • Return cart to Unit 18H with keys, undamaged
  • Re-fuel before returning — failure to re-fuel results in $30 deduction from deposit
  • Lost key fee: $20 per key

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before rental: Full refund
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% refund
  • No-show: No refund

Liability Waiver & Release

I understand and accept full responsibility for the golf cart during the rental period. I acknowledge the risks of operating a motorized vehicle and voluntarily accept those risks. I release Bimini Tides, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for: injury or death to myself or others, damage to property, or fines and legal consequences due to my actions. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bimini Tides against any claims or costs arising from my use of the cart. I confirm that I am fit to drive, not under the influence, and will comply with all traffic and safety laws of The Bahamas.
